I just got my second V See box and it’s even better than my first one we was great already. I now have a V5 Pro and V6 Elite. The V6 has even more features and better apps than before. The software platform runs smoothly and is intuitive.

Before I start, I have 4 vsee boxes. I think my first was a V2 so I've seen the progression. Your product is great and I have 6 friends that bought boxes after trying one of mine. Keep up with upgrading the product. Now my run of the mill feedback.

Who ever made the decision to remove MUTE button needs to be fired. Every other remote I own has a mute button. Samsung tvs do not respond to programming the 4 colored buttons. Took an hour and an old Samsung remote to program the "ok" button as a tv mute.

Under Apps,I can move them around for my everyday usage. Why, oh why, can't you do the same under recommended ones???????. I use heat live, heat vod and vod ultra. Would be so much more convenient to move them in the order I want them also.

I really like the fast loading when turned on. Freezing is greatly reduced compared to previous models. The V6+ box itself is much so much better but remote and app management went backwards on this one.

If you change the remote, please let me know so i can buy one.

As a request, can Scripps Sport The Spot WXTP-TV channel 66.1 be added to local stations?

Closed captions are another problem but i realize it's sometimes a broadcaster issue. Please try to maximize ability to use closed caption.

After trying a bunch of different boxes, I'm so glad I finally found this box. Very easy to set up, very easy to operate, and love the favorite library.

The VSee box v6 plus operated just as advertised easy to install and easy to use

It has been great so far only because I know a techie. Instructions about how to use it were nonexistent. I was on the verge of returning it.

So far, my only concern is the occasional screen freezing. Also I'm not quite clear on why I should choose one IP address location versus another. Other than that I think it's a great product

So far it's okay, few times don't get what I want because it stays there. Also have gotten some shoes in a foreign language, but overall it has been worth getting it.

Works great on WiFi if router is on same floor. Noticed some buffering when attempting to stream in basement. Added moca adapters with Ethernet for the basement and it works amazing. Very pleased with the straight forward setup. Would definitely recommend !!
